Or why not try one of the classes that are already running? The first trial lesson is free!Our specials are 5-hour classes for specific topics: Trial lessons are not possible in these. If you like céilí dancing (Irish figure dances), look in on one of our céilí evenings! From time to time we invite renowned guest teachers for workshops. And once every year, students of our school get the opportunity to take part in an intensive training course in Dublin. Dates for specials and workshops as well as céilí evenings and the intensive course in Dublin are listed below. There are no classes during the school holidays in Hessen. And in case you are looking for more than just a favourite pastime: We offer an Irish dance instructors course in cooperation with the Irish National Folk Company, Dublin. Dates for 2012:29th July to 5th August 2012 There will be two separate courses: 29th July-3rd August: Irish Dancing Intensive with Angeline Whelan 4th-5th August: Céilí and Set Dances with Frank Whelan (author of "The Complete Guide to Irish Dance") Interested? If you pass the final exam, you qualify for an INFC instructor's certificate (graded exam). If you register through an ADTV dance school, the course will qualify you for a "Fachtanzlehrer" certificate.Except for recap units, you can also register for individual units of the instructors course.
